The BetterOn Story:

BetterOn started in 2000 as "Success Through Encouragement" an email address I created to hold my ideas for helping others achieve their dreams. At the time my husband and I were raising two toddlers. Over the years I have read books, documented experiences, developed tools, given presentations, attended seminars, and observed businesses to generate an impressive collection of materials and experiences to benefit my clients and become a Certified High Performance Coach.

Years ago I came up with the name BetterOn and I started feeding my passion of helping individuals and businesses to take action to reach their goals and dreams. My approach to your challenges is to share my systems, frameworks, experience, support, tips, tools, encouragement and life lessons.

Now with my husband and I experiencing the empty nest, I am fully engaged in following my passion and bringing value to people seeking my guidance.

I encourage you to find an activity that feeds your passion. When you are feeding your passion, you see your connections to the bigger picture and life's challenges become lessons on your journey.

As you take steps toward your dreams, make them large enough to stretch yourself beyond your comfort zone. If you keep making steps toward your goal, over time you will get closer and closer to it until one day you are living your dream, like I am now.

I am glad I started all those steps years ago, because now I get to spend my time achieving my dream which is helping you achieve yours.
